A Date Wid Goa :)))

It was not the usual Sunset 'n the Moon rise that evening…Both of them were blushing n bidding goodbye to each other for the last time…The stars were laughing endlessly eagerly waiting…and as the time soared on and on,the dazzling fire crackers, the jingling sea and the favonian breeze all played wonderful orchestra as everyone of us embraced New Year 2007 at one of the most romantic places on the blue planet “GOA”…Colva beach was totally wrapped that night with the best of the music, tapped by the most energetic dancing shoes and sojourned by the most beautiful ladies of the earth…It was one most memorable moment for all of us…we danced we drank and danced again till it was the last midnight of 2006…n then the Countdown began…10,9…3..2….1 n all of us wished a very Happy new year to each other n all the lovely Ppl around in Goa…Sanjeev Aarty Nitin Manish Aksu n me kept smiling n smiling as we went boogie woogie till the late night n finally returned back to our resort…
The beginning of the Game
It was probably at SanjeevAarty’s house at one of the her culinary party…Dahi vada, varieties of Chaats n the wine…that we all decided to pack our bags to Goa in the new year…though with initial hitch the plan was crude…but at the end the constellations were all right n the plan got materialized…we awaited for the day restlessly fantasying all the things we gotta do…beach volleyballs…drinks…dance…babes…watersports…n imitate the unlimited masti done in Dil Chahta hai….

It was finally 29th of January as we all packed our enthusiasm, drinks n the bags in beautiful Innova…As the city road came to an end n we were on the highway roaring high…beating the air and enjoying
the songs… Dil Chahta hai, khalbali, loose control , crazy kiya re topped the chart…Manish n me exchanged our DJ shoes couple of times as Sanjeev Aarty Aksu n Nitin kept demanding their favorite ones…We stopped at couple of places to have the delicious parathas 'n sabjis cooked by Aarty…then shoe shoe (pun intended) haunted us several times to take a break…Time just raced as we passed by Tumkur—Chitradurga—Hubli—karwaar—Margoa on the way…We played couple of games of describing the most amiable qualities of each other...I doono why but Nitin always complained us that we took a lots of time to think ‘bot him…Don’t worry bro…Perhaps all of us were just confused in picking up The Best among the best of ur traits….:P…Sanjeev took a charge of the Steering at the end and we reached our Hammond Resort a couple of hrs earlier….

Merry Christmas Kim…
Merry Christmas… (Ever1 was confused…How come Merry Christmas suddenly in New yr’s eve)

Merry Christmas Kim
Merry Christmas Aarty…. (n this continued for a while)

Manish standing thr was totally confused by our act…staring at us… (Don’t know what to do)

(Aarty turning to Manish )

Merry Christmas Manish…….

Manish with his hats off n a humble bow n cute voice
Meeeeeerry Christmas Aarty… (This made us laugh all the way thru our trip)

All of then I could here Nitin on phone…

(Letters in BOLD are stressed below)

Actually am SOOORRY for distuuurbing u late at Nightt….
Can u give us our room now….
……………………………………..
……………………………………..
Yaa yaa I understaaaaand
Ok Ok…………………………………….
(At the end in his tashion)
ShooooShoo….Shooo…Shoooooo…. (For sure sure sure)

We were then escorted to our room by Mrs. Hemant bhai, our receptionist…this lady had different vibes in her (a comical one i mean…specially her Goan accent highly blend with the U.S ones…which made Aarty n me laugh uncontrollably)…Our room was located rite in the corner of the first floor allowing the beautiful view of the swimming pool n the entire resort…

It was 3:30 in the morning…

The same old lady showed our room and there were series of instructions given by her…Sanjeev, Nitin n Manno were deeply arrested in her with their ears wide opened...Aarty n me couldn’t resist our laughter and allowed it to escape restrictedly…

Sau , we’ll arrainge for the beddings in d mourning…
U khan switch aun the A.C ‘n sleep well…

(Now turning towards Sanjeev)

Waud u like to have sum WADA??? (Water)

(Sanjeev bends toward her n smiles in acknowledgment but totally confused)

Pardon!!!!

Waud u likes to have sum WADA???

Am sorry!!!

I mean shum WADA to driniiink??? (Nodding her head)

(Sanjeev totally lost by now…staring at us)

Sanjeev, She is asking for some water, said Aarty.

O !!! Water…yes 4 bottles please!!! (With a humble smile)

Aarty n me couldn’t resist our laughter and went inside the bedroom and laughed our heart out endlessly till it was late and all of us collapsed on to the bed…

30th January ,Colva Beach !!!

Well there was this man named XYZ who was exactly an alter ego of the receptionist…Sanjeev n Nitin prudently approached to him for some guidance…

Can u tell me the places of visits which are nearby??
O See u have Khaulva beach nearby…n dhen u can visiiit the mharkets…(pointing towards Aarty) u good apparels at cheaper rate…n dhen u have beautiful churches there when u go left n then straight…n then as u turn left u ‘ll find Kholva beach...n then when u go straaight n left u’ll find plenty of shops…n there u have Mickey’s wherein u’ll get nice cuisines…But…u can always come here anytime u like…we r always there to serve u….But if u wanna eat autside….
Where’s ur driver ?

See…aise tum laeft jayegi…..fir right jayegi…fir tumhe ek turn milegi…wahan se fir right jayegi…n fir kholva beach aajayegi !!!

Well Nitin Sanjeev n Manish were deeply engrossed in him as if they had to pass an exam imminently of all the directions and places of Goa…Nevertheless Nitin confidently took the charge of the Navigator comfortably installing himself in the front seat… n then in spite of soo much gyaan by Mr. Hemant bhai he would be ponder at each and ever turn…looking outside the window…asking….
Exxxxecuse Me!!! Is it the way to Kholva beach ???

Well after some hard work by Nitin, we managed to reach Colva beach…this was the first beach we saw in our Goa trip…Each of were mesmerized by the beauty of the endless azure water of the Arabian sea…Sun high in the sky was smiling in a full mood adding the lustrous beauty to the sea…We dived into the tranquility and crossed the waves like a high jump over it though thrown back by the force of the water…Aksu was busy making sand castles with his truck toy…Manish, whose one hand ditche
d him due to his careless behavior decided to play with Aksu making different style of the sand castles…Aarty later on joined them clicking lotssa snap in different poses as Sanjeev Nitin ‘n me decided to go for the Banana ride…

Well, we tied our life jackets and after a waiting for for long long half an hr it was finally our turn to dive into the heart of the sea…As the inflated banana like rafts ride escalated we felt the thrust of the wave…Sometimes we would be carried high wid the water n sometimes down…our hands held the rope tightly n screamed, roared and shouted in high ecstasy…Nitin was little scary at this time but all our enthu defied it…Just as we were in the middle the sea, all of a sudden were toppled down…MY GOD !!! Incredible experience!!! We were in the sea as our legs craved for the sand but all in vain…all you can do is cycle ur legs in water…If u can swim...u’re slightly at better state…Nitin had closed his eyes and shouted for help waving his hand and he got really scared as the banana boat floated a lil distant form him…Sanjeev n me tried to console him raising our voices…I ones closed by eyes and imagined myself in a helpless condition as my legs just waded inside d water helplessly…But Godspeed!!! it was only a hapless imagination!!! We were pulled back by the boatman as we zipped back to the seashore with the rhythm of the waves dancing up and down, high n low…

We then tried to quench our belly n started hunting for a good place to eat…We finally managed to get a decent restaurant as the Mickey’s the best ones there at Colva beach was closed…We ordered for Portwine, Beer, Orange juice, Chicken, Manchurian…and as we were busy eating all of us locked each others horn…and the issues that triggered that was “Is Prostitution a Sane job? “ Well the altercation sustained for almost two and a half hrs…But all of us enjoyed the heated discussion with every morsel of the food and drink by the side of the beach…

31st December
Varca Beach and the Fort!!!

We first decided to visit the fort where ones the “Dil Chahta Hai” guys ones discussed ‘bot the future of their friendship…well we dint discussed those but clicked lots of snaps…We then headed towards the much awaited Candoleum beach but our beautiful Innova was stalked n hit on her back by a crazy Truck  (Details censored :P)…So we changed the plan as our Innova was injured and it would be difficult for her because the beach was quite far away from there…We then drove towards Varca beach which was near by…As we reached there we saw each and every tide that kissed the Varca beach were more fresh than the previous ones…and Sun had almost bid goodnight to us…All of us enjoyed its tranquility by caressing its water…Scribbling names on the sand and clicking snaps...But it seems Manish was so much arrested in calmness that he went absconding along the beach somewhere…Where did he go and with whom ? I hope only Manish can ans this question…

Well it was 31st Dec evening… and it was time to countdown for the New Yr… It was not the usual sunset n the moon rise that evening… (Details in the first paragraph)

1st January, 2007
Candoleum, Calangute Beach, Babes, Masti, Jolly Jack n the Dinner!!!

Well as usual our Good Morning was always late and it always started wid Sanjeev, Nitin and Aksu diving in the swimming pool…Aarty busy wid her never ending cosmetics…toner, cleanser, eye liner, lip liner, moisturizer n I don’t know how many endless ***er…(I tried to memorize it for my wife but hard luck struck me again !!! )Manish used to hunt for the ways to shave off his lil grown beard…n me…me kept clicking ever1’s snap… After having our breakfast we moved towards Candoleum beach…

As we reached there Nitin Manno n Me were in different world…An Oasis…A Nectarous view…A feast to the eyes…All our rusts in our eyes balls were purged…An impeccable blend of beautiful beach and beautiful bikini babes…All basking in the sun and the fortunate ones massaging their bodies slowly and gently…We then reserved our day bed and cool umbrella…Manish quickly zoomed out his fiction n Aksu crying to operate the camera…The deal was c
racked !!!Aksu went on clicking and Manish kept on experimenting with different poses…Sometimes with the sea…Sometimes on the bed like a pedantic reader and sometimes with the babes in the background…

Sanjeev, Aarty Nitin n me rushed towards the incredibly beautiful inviting water of the sea…Sanjeev n Aarty spent some nice time wid each other in the sea exchanging their sweet nothings… Sanjeev sometimes would scare Aarty wading deep into sea n Aarty would shout
Sanjeev…!!! nai Sanjeev !!!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaarty me jaaaaaaaaa raha hooooooooooooon !!! ( diving into the water)
Sanjeeeeeeeeeeeeeeev pleaseeee utni door mat jaao…
Sanjeeeeeev….
#$@$@ Theek hai jaaaaaoooooooo :((((

Sanjeev Aarty Nitin n me also raced along the beach experiencing the force of the wave…splashing water on each other…singing….Nitin was totally lost in himself and he kept on running distant ahead even though we had stopped…I went crazy listening Khalbail, Loose Contorl 'n E saala !! and danced like DJ of Rand De Basanti…totally lost…totally out of control…screaming…jumping…running…cheering along with the water waves and the song !!!

Until evening all of us enjoyed near the beach…Sanjeev and Manish went to the Toyota Hospital to receive Innova who had her back operated…When it was night we all decided to have our dinner At JOLLY JACK Shack at Calangute beach…Aarty, Nitin n me walked all the way from Candoleum to Calangute beach making this one of the most memorable walk…we cracked lots of jokes and at the same time Aarty’s rage and Nitin’s consolation added spices to it as we finally reached the Shack strolling bare footed on the sand after an eternity of 45mins !!!

As we reached the shack we saw the whole JOLLY JACK bathing in shimmering red light and the all the faces seemed to be painted red…The ambience there was very captivating…light music, beautiful people and music of the sea beach at night stole our consciousness…We ordered for spring rolls, paneer pakoda, masala papad, noodles, chicken, sea food, sizzlers, port wine and beer…By and by we talked in serenity and had our food for all most 3 hrs making this dinner one of the most cherished ones !!!

2nd January, 2
Naval base, Toy train, Jog falls ‘n Way back to Bangalore :(((

It was finally the day we had to pack our bag n baggage and tell “Good Bye Goa”…Well we decided to drive along the coastal high way that gave us of beautiful view of the greenery and the bluish sea embracing together…On the way we stopped at a Naval base near a quiet beach…There were several islands also nearby but the time did not allow us to explore them...Aksu was fascinated by the toy train which ran along the beach…We all boarded the train as Tere Naam songs were played inside the small compartment…All of gave different poses for the
snaps and remembered the chiiya – chiiya song of Dil Se…

We then drove along the hills towards the Jog Falls whichis considered to be Indi
a’s largest fall…”The grass on the other side always looked Greener” was justified as we saw the fall…The gusto of water showed some drowsiness may be due to lack of rain... But it definitely gave beautiful background for our Orkut snaps :P…The stream of water fell high caressing the rocks but it seems the beauty of Goa had captured our mind subduing the beauty of jog…well, we were very hungry by then n as we saw a local person selling pine apple we zipped towards him…The fruit with the layer of salt n pepper were too yummy and ever1 gulped it to the hilt…Later we drove back to our :Home Sweet Home” Bangalore along bidding adieu to Sagar-
Shimoga and Neelamangala on the way!!!

The winners !!!
